replace gethostbyname() with getaddrinfo(), and gethostbyaddr() with

getipnodebyaddr().
This resolve 2 problems.
 -can specify scope index(@ifname) for IPv6 link local addr
 -reverse lookup for IPv6 loopback addr(::1) was strange, but fixed
