The rc.firewall and rc.firewall6 were unified, and
rc.firewall6 and rc.d/ip6fw were removed.
According to the removal of rc.d/ip6fw, ipv6_firewall_* rc
variables are obsoleted. Instead, the following new rc
variables are added to rc.d/ipfw:
firewall_client_net_ipv6, firewall_simple_iif_ipv6,
firewall_simple_inet_ipv6, firewall_simple_oif_ipv6,
firewall_simple_onet_ipv6, firewall_trusted_ipv6
The meanings correspond to the relevant IPv4 variables.
