f39c8af4fd 1.44 floppies considered evil now. Real kernel on cpio.flp. 
added explicit "OK" file.

f5747177b2 Change the boot.flp rule to use the "vn" device. Much faster :-) 
remove bootsd and sdboot from the boot.flp, the matching change to
sysinstall will arrive later this evening.

66a5b326e1 Whoops! I buggered up the tape dialog. Fixed. These changes allow 
you to specify your tape drive device for the cases when the user
has more than one.

0a06ac68fe Move some obnoxious files: airport, birthtoken, flowers, na.phone & zipcodes 
to the "dict" dist.
This is belived to reduce the risk of heart attacks in some european countries.

62728441d8 Build both 1.2MB and 1.44MB floppies now. this all needs a good re-think,

o	Optionally invoke tzsetup or adduser from the last stage.
