Brooks Davis 8269e7673c libsys: relocate implementations and manpages
Remove core system call implementations and documentation to lib/libsys
and lib/libsys/<arch> from lib/libc/sys and lib/libc/<arch>/<sys>.
Update paths to allow libc to find them in their new home.

The

system call
removes a directory file
whose name is given by
.Fa path .
The directory must not have any entries other
than
.Ql .\&
and
.Ql \&.. .

The named file is removed unless:

.It Bq Er ENOTDIR
A component of the path is not a directory.
.It Bq Er ENAMETOOLONG
A component of a pathname exceeded 255 characters,
or an entire path name exceeded 1023 characters.
.It Bq Er ENOENT
The named directory does not exist.
.It Bq Er ELOOP
Too many symbolic links were encountered in translating the pathname.
.It Bq Er ENOTEMPTY
The named directory contains files other than
.Ql .\&
and
.Ql ..\&
in it.

Search permission is denied for a component of the path prefix.

Write permission is denied on the directory containing the link
