Garrett Wollman 6a06dea05f Our new-old mbugf allocator. This is actually something of a blast from ... the past, since it returns to the old system of allocating mbufs out of a private area rather than using the kernel malloc(). While this may seem like a backwards step to some, the new allocator is some 20% faster than the old one and has much better caching properties.
