Wolfram Schneider 069db8db47 Re-order the for loop for multiple procnames. This decrease the
system load and makes a

      killall ppp rlogin ftp ssh ping traceroute telnet

a lot faster.

Remove duplicated pid's before killing (killall lynx lynx).
